Why Digii Deals holds, and does not flip

Digii Deals exists for a simple reason. Too many durable software businesses are asked to sell before they have finished becoming themselves, because someone else's fund calendar ran out.

We are an investment holding company. We take strategic equity in high-retention software, enterprise cloud infrastructure, and growth engines that get stronger with time. We hold for decades. There is no artificial exit, and no pressure to trade long-term value for a quarterly story.

Alongside capital we bring what we have already built: venture studios, shared engineering, and WrkOS, the platform our companies ship on. We work beside founders and operators, not above them.

Our aim is not to own a little of everything. It is to help build one percent of the internet's businesses, and to still be here when they mature.
